The poor spiders around here probably think they live in the Pacific rain forests. I took a picture decades ago of a spiderweb with dew drops sparkling in the morning sun. Ever since then you can find me at dawn, stalking orbweavers with a misting sprayer and a camera. But I’ve never beat that first one.
